Heavy flooding drenches parts of North Carolina, 13,000 homes are withou...



Heavy flooding soaked parts of North Carolina on April 25, submerging parking lots filled with cars and prompting road closures.Nearly six inches (15 centimeters) of rain have fallen in the Raleigh-Durham area since April 23. A flood watch is in effect for the Tuesday and April 26. As many as 13,000 homes are without power reported local media.
