Nine named in the murder of ANI journalist Dilip Saini, raids underway in search of killers

: 45-year-old ANI journalist Dilip Saini was stabbed to death in Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh and his colleague BJP leader Shahid Khan was injured. According to CO City Sushil Dubey, this incident happened in a property dispute. In this case, the police have registered a case against 9 named people and 7 unidentified people for hostage taking, assault and vandalism.


Dilip Saini, who lived in Bhitoura Road Bisauli village of Fatehpur, also used to do property trading in Lucknow and many towns of the district including Bindki, Radha Nagar, Ghazipur of Fatehpur. 

On the night of October 30, he was at his home with his friend BJP leader Shahid Khan. Then more than 15 people entered the house and attacked with knives. The attackers attacked Dilip Saini several times with knives and illegal weapons. During the rescue, BJP Minority Morcha leader Shahid Khan was also attacked with a sharp weapon.


After getting information about the incident, the police force reached the spot and admitted the injured journalist Dilip Saini and BJP leader Shahid Khan to the district hospital, where the doctor seeing their critical condition referred them to Kanpur Hallet Hospital. Seriously injured journalist Dilip Saini died on the way. Meanwhile, BJP leader Shahid Khan is undergoing treatment at Kanpur Hallet. SP Dhawal Jaiswal said that raids are being conducted to arrest the attackers. Everyone will be arrested soon.
